Campus Living Centres adds Fanshawe College to its Management Portfolio

Campus Living Centres (CLC) is pleased to announce that effective June 1st, 2020 it assumed the management of the Fanshawe College Residence consisting of three six-storey apartment style buildings and 66 townhouses.
With over 1,600 beds, Fanshawe becomes CLC’s largest college client, and brings its overall portfolio up to 25,000 student beds. Campus Living Centres features partnerships with 17 of Ontario’s 24 colleges.
Dave Smith, Fanshawe’s Senior Manager, Retail, Residence & Food Services indicates, “Our decision to partner with Campus Living Centres was based on their reputation as leaders in post-secondary housing, and their commitment to delivering an exceptional student experience.” He continues, “We are looking forward to CLC becoming a part of the Fanshawe community, and their positive contributions to our students’ success.”
