Brian Freeman, Senior Vice President, Strategy & Development
As Senior Vice President, Brian is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and mapping strategies designed to support new business development. In addition, Brian works with existing clients in identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that client expectations are not only met, but exceeded. Brian works directly with Michael Paul in effectively communicating client expectations and ensuring that enabling process are in place that are sustainable and successful. Brian is also Six-Sigma Green Belt certified. Prior to joining Campus Living Centres, Brian enjoyed a successful career at an operating entity of G.E. Capital.

Michael Paul, Senior Vice President, Operations
All operations staff report directly to Michael. Prior to joining Campus Living Centres in 2007, Michael enjoyed a successful career in the private sector, most notably in senior roles with the George Weston Group and an operating entity of G.E. Capital. Michael is credited for successfully restructuring the company when it was acquired by Ivest and London Property Corp. His focus on rigorous process control and execution has created a solid foundation for business growth and success. Michael earned his six-sigma Green Belt certification and continues to implement best practices based on six-sigma core principles.

Grant Roughley, Vice President, Construction
Grant holds a Gold Seal Certification in Project Management from the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) and has over 30 years of experience in the design and construction management industry. He has completed projects spanning across Canada. Grant’s experience includes the creation of a new construction management organization which focused on integration of the design and construction process to deliver higher quality buildings as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. In the last 10 years, Grant has successfully delivered over 30 multi-residential and seniors’ care and retirement facilities. Including new seniors’ facilities throughout Ontario.
