Darin Shroff

Darin began with Campus Living Centres in 2020. Darin started his career in multi-family residential in 2006 and made a move over to student housing in 2010 where he began to oversee deferred, and value-add assets. After three very successful years in student housing, Darin transitioned back to multi-family residential as an Operations Manager for a growing organization, where he worked to build operation policies and procedures, worked to fine tune the resident experience, build brand awareness in new and current markets, and assisted in creating associate development trainings. Darin oversees all aspects of building operations, including leasing, finance, facilities, capital improvements, and client relations. Darin has an eye for detail and is passionate for the associate and resident experience. These passions have led his teams and communities to lead their markets in overall customer satisfaction, which have yielded excellent success and NOI growth year over year.
