Campus Living Centres was founded in 1989 with the purpose of assisting universities and colleges with the planning, design, financing and management of student residences and conference facilities. More recently, we have collaborated with institutional grade, private development partners to manage off-campus, purpose-built student housing.

With over 45,000 student beds that we either own and/or manage, we are the largest operator of student housing developments in Canada. Our integrated service delivery model is one that preserves and values the unique identity of our partner institutions, enhances the student experience, and improves the financial performance of residence operations.
