As a vertically integrated company, we are the only organization in Canada that includes residence life as a part of our overall service.
Residence Managment
We manage student residences on behalf of 29 Canadian universities and colleges, and we have proven that positive financial performance and a dynamic student residence experience are not mutually exclusive. Our management model ensures that we work seamlessly and collaboratively with the institutions we serve, and are completely integrated with the campus community.
Financing and Development
Our single source solution to develop, finance and manage student housing projects is unique in the industry. Universities and colleges are operating in an environment where funding is scarce, and our model allows our partners to preserve capital for core campus initiatives without compromising the student residence experience.
Non-Student Summer Revenue
One of the keys to success of the Campus Living Centres residence management portfolio is our distinctive approach to summer operations. During the summer season, when a majority of residence rooms are traditionally vacant, many Campus Living Centres managed residences will operate under our Residence & Conference Centre (RCC) brand, converting their buildings into a unique summer hotel alternative offering affordable accommodations between the months of May and August.

The strength of our organization is based on our ability to leverage our expertise and experience in support of our various post-secondary operations located across Canada. Along with our property-based staff, we are able to provide our clients with a highly functional and effective Property Support Team in all functional areas of residence operations.
