One of the keys to the success of Campus Living Centres is our distinct approach to summer operations. During the summer season, when a majority of residence rooms are traditionally vacant, many on-campus, Campus Living Centres managed properties will operate under the Residence & Conference Centre (RCC) brand, converting their buildings into a unique summer hotel alternative offering affordable accommodations between the months of May and August. By leveraging the power of the RCC brand we are able to consolidate our sales and marketing strategies, resulting in reduced expenses, and increased non-student generated revenues for our clients.
