Co-Living

By design, Campus Living Centres has never explored multi-family residential property management. We believe student housing management is uniquely different from multi-family, from the marketing and leasing approach, to how the building is managed, and how the resident experience is curated.

We are actively in the co-living space, as we see natural complements in co-living and student housing, especially as it relates to the marketing, lifestyle, services, and amenities offered in co-living communities. We are currently operating co-living communities in Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, and Winnipeg.
