In 2003, Campus Living Centres partnered with the University of Guelph to develop Edinburgh Village; a 700-bed, student residence community built on University owned lands. Edinburgh Village was the University’s first off-campus student housing development, and features seven student apartment buildings, which was phased in over three years.
Each building features 2, 3, 4, and 5 private bedroom apartments. Each apartment has its own private bathroom (plus in-suite laundry), a living room, and a full kitchen (includes major appliances).
