Each 350 bed phase of the Conestoga College Student Housing development is managed by Campus Living Centres, who also was a member of the design team of each phase. Phase I was designed by Cannon Design and Dacon served as the builder. This 13 million dollar phase opened on time in August 2000 and on budget.
Through an agreement with Dacon, PCL served as builder for Phase II. This 17.55 million dollar phase was designed by Cannon Design and opened one week early and on budget.
Phase III of the building was designed by Griffiths Rankin Cook Architects with Westeinde Construction as the builder.
Phase III of the residence includes a large convenience store with unique food service providing capabilities.
