Corporate Background
Campus Living Centres is a registered Canadian Corporation established for the sole purpose of planning, designing, financing, constructing, and managing student housing and conference facilities.

Campus Living Centres was acquired by Ray Stanton, (owner of London Property Corp), and Richard Ivey and Hal Gould (owners of Ivest Properties Limited). Prior to the acquisition, CLC was the largest operator of student housing in Canada. The new ownership added a significant portfolio of owned student housing developments, as well as a sizeable portfolio of commercial real estate. Our combined student housing portfolio today exceeds 10,000 students. Our focus on students and the overall student experience while in residence continues to be driving force behind our growth.

Experience and Qualifications
Campus Living Centres has over 16 years experience providing housing within an academic environment and currently has contracts for 17 on-campus facilities with several more currently at the development stage. In most of these projects, Campus Living Centres was involved in every stage from the initial concept through the completion of construction. Campus Living Centres treats every project as a turn key project to ensure that no detail is missed.

Staffing and Corporate Philosophy
Due to the strong service influence within our company, we believe customer satisfaction is the key to our long-term growth in this niche market. Campus Living Centres is committed to providing a residence experience, not just a place to live and as such works closely with schools to operate within student services and is uniquely experienced and sensitive to the issues involved in housing large numbers of students within an academic background.

Over the past several years, drawing on our own significant experiences, recommendations from various quality of life committees as well as hotel and other accommodation professionals, we have developed a policy and procedures manual that includes many innovative solutions to security, maintenance, noise, and other common management issues.

At Campus Living Centres we believe our employees are our most valuable asset. We believe that by investing time and interest in our staff, we are in turn servicing our customers.
